RS Collaboration design bespoke training for the needs of clients to best understand and implement Corporate Social Responsibility - the next level. Ruby works with companies, including law firms (CPD accredited), and their clients.
Ruby has designed, implemented and facilitated workshops in this area and is proficient in implementing sustainability, CSR compliance and strategies for businesses.
The core of the deep dive training is to unlock the potential for responsible business practice utilising the business case for change. Ruby believes the future of business is in the future of society. The vision is to catalyse the potential that exists in business organisations to socially innovate.
She is involved in the Law Society of England & Wales innovative research into Business and Human Rights for the legal profession. She initiated the Business Ethics working group, where she has initiated, organised and chaired keynote speeches, in her role as the Vice Chair of the Solicitor’s International Human Rights Group, SIHRG.
